• Ready-to-Wear Jewelry: Dispatched within 2–4 working days.
• Custom-Made Jewelry: Dispatched within 20–25 working days after design approval and payment confirmation.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, it will typically be delivered within 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your delivery.

Secure Delivery

Every Nitara order is carefully packaged and shipped through our trusted courier partners.

All orders are fully insured during transit until they are safely delivered to you. For select high-value orders, an OTP and/or valid identity verification may be required at the time of delivery.
