Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders

• A nominal shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to track your shipment in real-time.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or remote locations.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. Nitara Jeweller will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue at the earliest.
