Products & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are accurate. Slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of our jewelry.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation from Nitara Jewelry Redefined. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors, product unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Custom Jewelry

Custom-made and personalized jewelry is created according to the customer's approved design and specifications. Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Returns & Replacements

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size preference, or personal choice.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Such cases will be reviewed and, where applicable, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided in accordance with our Exchange & Replacement Policy.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy.
